How to Check Your Benefits Breakdown in Boon

Whether you opted out of or enrolled in AEPS health benefits, follow these steps to check your fringe benefit breakdown.

Step 1: Visit the Boon Benefits Portal

Go to 

https://boonbenefits.com/

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Sign in with your existing account. If you do not have an account, register using the company code below.

Company Code: N52VZFKZ

Step 3: Click the Fringe Tab

Once logged in, select the Fringe tab to view your benefits breakdown.

Step 4: Select Your Coverage Period

Choose the coverage period you want to review from the available options.

Step 5: Review Your Benefits Breakdown

Review the amounts listed for your benefits, including:

• Medical insurance
• Dental insurance
• Vision insurance
• Any other listed benefit costs
• The remaining fringe amount allocated toward your retirement plan, if applicable

The breakdown helps you see how your fringe benefits are allocated for the selected period.

Important: The amount shown as allocated toward retirement in Boon may not be the same as the amount already deposited into your 401(k). Check your retirement account separately to verify deposits.
